Welcome to AdaptStore, operated by Alberta AdaptAbilities Association. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You will not misuse the site in any way that could harm its functionality, other users, or AdaptStore. You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time. Orders are subject to availability. Payment is required at checkout, and we accept major credit cards and digital payments via Stripe.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer the following delivery options:

Local Pickup (Free)
Pickup is available on Fridays from 9am-4pm at 10130 82 Ave NW, Edmonton AB. You will be notified when your order is ready. -
Courier or Postal Delivery
Orders shipped across Canada via Canada Post & UPS. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
All orders are processed and shipped on Friday weekly.
4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While all items are considered final sale, we do accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions:
Eligibility

Items that are damaged, broken, or defective may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery or pickup.

Clothing items may be exchanged for a different size within the same 15-day period.

All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items not meeting these criteria are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process

To begin a return or exchange, contact us at ecommerce@adaptabilities.ca within 15 days of delivery.

For exchanges, we will confirm availability of the replacement item before proceeding.

If returning by mail, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
